After July 2008, when the new Guernsey Registry opens and new laws come into effect, registering a company in Guernsey will become cheaper, faster and more customer-friendly. The maximum time for incorporation will be 24 hours and this will cost approximately £100, excluding professional fees.
Incorporations in two hours, and in specific cases within 15 minutes, will be available for a higher fee. For more details go to
