Institute of Directors

The IoD Guernsey Branch represents is very popular in the island with members throughout Bailiwick – Guernsey, Alderney, Sark & Herm. Membership currently totals about 500.

Members have the opportunity to attend a monthly luncheon at which a prominent or specialist member of the community delivers a talk covering a topical issue. Additionally, through the winter, a series of seminars are held. Please see the events schedule for more information.

A formal dinner is held each February and an annual conference each October which has become ‘the’ business event of the calendar. The branch also issues occasional policy papers, and is activity engaged in making representations to the States on matters of interest and concern to its membership.
